Our Story
Vine Nirvana is a small, multi-facted female owned wine business with a focus on delicious, sustainable Italian and Spanish wines.
in 2019, immersed in the WSet Diploma program, Gwendolyne Willis began attending trade shows and creating significant international relationships to source wines for an importer who supplies the PLCB (Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board) who she continues to work with today. Gwendolyne is a Level 1 Sommelier through the UNLV Sommelier Academy, has achieved WSet Advanced with Merit, is a Spanish Wine Scholar with the Wine Scholar Guild, and continues her studies as an Italian Wine Scholar candidate.
Each year, Gwendolyne attends Barcelona Wine Week and travels throughout Spain and Italy to learn the stories of the people and vineyards Vine Nirvana works with.
In Italy, Vine Nirvana sources through a wine broker who represents over 50 vineyards, and hosts luxury wine and culture tours with a Barolo Master.
Our collaborations allow Vine Nirvana access to both boutique and high volume vineyards, and the ability to provide you with the best importing, tasting and travel experiences.

Do you and your friends share an enjoyment of wine? Would you like to explore delicious new wines, and learn the story of what’s in your glass?
I hawe have a passion for sharing the premium wines we import, along with my extensive knowledge and wonderful experiences gained while sourcing those wines in Europe.
You and your guests will learn the story of these special regions, grapes and winemakers, and what makes each wine unique, as well as how to taste like a porfessional wine buyer.
I will help you create a fun, sophisticated experience which will leave a lasting impression as well as expand your palate. We will enjoy and learn about 5 wines, and each guest will get to take a home a bottle!

Piemonte, Italy Luxury Wine & Culture Tour!

Vine Nirvana and Barolo Master Sandro Minella invite you to join us on a 6 day/5 night Luxury Wine, History & Culture tour in Piemonte, Italy!
Up to 12 people will experience visting 4 of the award winning vineyards from which Vine Nirvana imports wine in Piemonte, along with carefully curated historic and cultural experiences including an intro to truffle hunting, a Piemonte cusine cooking class, walking tours of Alba and Barbaresco, a visit to a cheese farm and 3 Medival castles!

We will have a roomy 20 passenger Mercedes van for transportation.
Pick up and drop off will be in Turin, Italy, 1.5 hours West of Milan. All food and wine, as well as accomodations and transportation will be included in the per-person pricing, which begins at 3100 Euro when you book directly through Vine Nirvana.

In 2025 Vine Nirvana is seeking low cost wines with good quality to price point ratios, and eye-catching labels. Ratings help the wines sell. Gwendolyne is acting as a broker for importers who supply the Pennsylvania (PLCB) and New Hampshire monopolies.
Vine Nirvana warehouses a carefullly curated premium Italian portfolio in Portland, Maine, which we self- distribute through ZERO Distribution. Please email for a list of our current inventory.
